LOTTERY SETS NEW RECORD FOR SALES; TOTAL RAISED FOR EDUCATION CROSSES $4.5 BILLION
The Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation has again set records for sales as it closes out its third quarter of Fiscal Year 2018. Additionally, gross sales since the beginning of Fiscal Year 2018, which began on July 1, 2017, are 9 percent ahead of the same time period last year.
The third quarter’s $107.3 million transfer to the Lottery for Education Account is the second highest of any quarter since the Lottery began selling tickets on January 20, 2004, and brings the total amount generated for education to more than $4.5 billion.

14 Tennesseans Win Over $3.6 Million from Non-Winning Instant Lottery Tickets
The Tennessee Lottery’s “Play It Again!” program awarded more than $3.6 million to 14 lucky Tennesseans this week, with prizes ranging from $1,000 to $2 million. Players win by entering non-winning instant tickets online, and most can’t believe they’ve won when notified that their entry had been drawn. $50,000 POWERBALL WINNER IN RUTLEDGE
There are more prizes to win playing Powerball than just the multi-million-dollar jackpot. Last night's drawing created 12,315 winning Powerball tickets of various prize levels in Tennessee, including one worth $50,000, purchased in Rutledge.
